We’re excited to announce a new feature in Quoteplicity designed to help you better manage TCPA compliance! We understand how important compliance is to your business, so we’ve added several options to customize how your disclaimer displays before customers enter their personal information.

Here’s What’s New:

1. Disclaimer Visibility Options

Choose how you want the disclaimer to display near the "Continue" button on your quote form. You now have the following options:

• Field-based (Default): Shows the disclaimer only when required.
• Override - Always Show (Shortened): Displays a shorter version of the disclaimer at all times.
• Override - Always Show (Scrollable): Displays the full disclaimer with a scroll option.
• Override - Always Show (Full): Displays the full disclaimer with no scroll.
• Override - Never Show: Hides the disclaimer entirely.

2. Disclaimer Checkbox Options

Customize how the disclaimer checkbox appears and functions:

• None (Default): No checkbox is displayed.
• Optional: Checkbox is displayed, but it’s optional.
• Required: Checkbox is displayed and must be checked to continue.
• Required, Pre-Checked: Checkbox is displayed, required, and pre-checked by default.

These options give you greater control over how your disclaimer and compliance settings appear, ensuring that they’re tailored to meet your specific business needs.
